Help! I Didn't Get A Download Email
You should receive an email after every purchase, but some mysteriously go missing! If you don't receive a download email, simply click here to login to your account area using the username and password you chose at checkout.
My Download Link Doesn't Work/ Is Corrupt
If your email download link doesn't work, please try clicking here to login and download through your account area (or vice versa). If the file is corrupted, you may simply need to download again. If nothing works then I am happy to send an alternative download link.
I Accidentally Bought the Same Pack Twice!
Not to worry! Duplicate purchases do happen, simply fill out the contact form with your original and new transaction IDs (or your account username/ email address) and I'll make sure you get a refund. (If more than 30 days has passed then you will instead be offered store credit for the same amount.)

I Can't Find A Past Purchase in the Download Area
The shopping cart system at Content Shortcuts allows you to login to download any content you may have bought in the past. There are a couple of reasons why some past downloads won’t show:
  • If you checked out with a different username (you may have forgotten about it)
  • If you ordered the content before 2013, when we moved to the new system.
If you want access to a past download that you can’t find in your account area, just use the contact form, giving the following details:
  1. The name of the pack(s) you want to download
  2. Your PayPal transaction ID or your PayPal email address
